Need some help with my sennheiser 598's

Hey everyone im getting a slight static noise through the right ear of my sennheiser 598's and i have no idea what its coming from. Anyone else ever have this problem?

 

Also im using it with a Fiio e7 through my comp.

 

*edit* Actually i just tried a pair of IEM's through the e7 and im getting the same static in the same ear. Any chance i could get this thread moved to the amp section?

Have you tried your portable player to see if the problem is still there?
