HD650 with soundcard?

Hi all I'm really a noob at this high end audio hardware thing so excuse my noobness. I've been using the HD595 for 6 years and recently just pulled the trigger on a 650. For the 595s I can get a pretty decent sound out of them from my sound card, which I gradually upgraded over the years from on-board -> audigy 1 -> audigy 2zs -> and now Xonar DX. My impression was that the soundcard can act as DAC and I just really just need an amp, to keep the cost down? I know in order to get the full benefits from the 650s I really just need to invest on some good DAC and amp, but since I'm on a budget, I don't mind only getting 80% out of these cans if that means I can save 500$. Is the Xonar good enough to drive the headphone? what amp do you guys suggest? I listen to music of all genres (classical musican myself, also hiphop dancer, yes I do both) from my computer. My budget is 200$, maybe can push a bit.. please advise, thanks guys!!

Im not a hardcore gamer, but the guys recommend a soundcard if you're a gamer. A dedicated amp if you want to enjoy music.

Take a look at the Fiio E9.
