Budget audio player for high impedance IEM

I have a pair of RE0. They sound flat from my Clip+, but alive from the Sony A818 of my wife. I guess the Clip+ doesn't have enough power to push the 64 ohms of th RE0... I could rob the A818, but it doesn't play my FLAC files...

What audio player do you suggest to wake up the RE0 ? Sound quality is requirement #1. Everything else is optional. Budget would be 200$ max. Thx.

What about Teclast T51?

Also take a look on Samsung players, some of them are pretty good, for example Q3 or Galaxy (yp-g70) players.

even though I also seek  guidance for a flac playing dap ... i think that you should buy an amp instead

something of the usual suspects .. FiiO, cMoyBB etc.  or something even better as long as you have 200$ budget
