Well, this was "do it or throw earphones in garbage"...Cables were damaged and they are pain in the a** to solder!
I didnt find anyone who did this so I decided to post it here...If it wont succeed it doesnt matter because its not
expensive and its fun (why else would we do DIY projects?)
So,lets get started!
First I had to open them,it was hard and i couldn't do it without damaging the plastic, but its really
not so bad!I figured it out how to fix it!
this is opened earphone (Should I remove foam behind drivers?):

this is what i did with plastics which covers the driver (i wanted to have protected driver and this middle part looks like something that could improve the bass so I didn't want to cut it...what do you think?)

Solving the problem (the part I had to remove (it holds foam) so I can get to the drivers needs to be re-done,this is only prototype,I will do it better and its ok like this but I can do it better :) :

Next thing is mogami cable and solder it to drivers and protect it from pulling out...Maybe paracord sleeving in some crazy color like purple or orange and nice 3,5mm plug! Also I will make the drivers
easy available by putting 2 pieces of rubber between plastic parts of case...I just dont know what kind of glue should I use
to glue drivers to case...what do you think?
I will also post my iPod project here, just waiting parts to arrive in Croatia !
