Just played with this at the DC meet.  Needless to say, it's on my short list.  I would like to pair this with the Sigature Pros.  Any impressions on this paring?

So you are now drooling for the DX100 ;). Did it have the most up to date firmware installed? if not it will sound even better...

This one was brand new as of a few days age.  He also said there was a newer firmware that was available.

Well then it will get significantly better if you think that was it :).

A quick question. Is it possible to run Spotify on the DX100 (and successfully sync playlists into offline mode with Spotify Premium)?

I paired  DX100 with earsonics EM4, it seems the mids "buried" between highs and the low sounds, is there any music apps that would makes DX100 mids more forward and thicker?

What firmware are you using? Try revert to 1.1.7 and see if that helps. I found the bass to be bloated and treble to be artificially boosted on 1.2.3.

The latest firwmare 1.2.7 is even better than 1.1.7 based on other user.

i got my unit in 1.2.3, the difference is audible on the upgrade

I have some RMAA scores up, too, though the numbers haven't been added. I compare the Earsonics SM2, Audio Technica ES10, and Beyerdynamic DT880 in my tests and will be including square wave graphs. Review: iBasso DX100.

Nice one review! Hey, did you buy one in the end 'cos I don't think the pix are from the one I lent you back in July.

No, the one I borrowed didn't look good enough to put in a review! What did you do to it? This one is mine. I'm surprised myself that I fell in love as you know, I'm a first gen iPod shuffle kind of guy.

I'm interested, please send updated information, release date, confirmed $price, etc.
