Am looking for the above mentioned item so I can hook up two balance-cabled Senn HD800s to a Little Dot Mk VIII SE (a balanced headphone amp).

So far I've found this, but am not sure if it's good, let alone suitable, http://shop.lentequip.com/products/12-24v-xlr-splitter

Referrals to DIYers absolutely welcome.

Also, if anyone has other suggestions on how two people can use two pairs of balanced HD800s and listen to the same music at the same time, I'd like to hear them!
