need help to find the best sub $250 tube or hybrid Headphone Amplifier

Hi I finally have a little bit of money with which i want to buy a tube or hybrid headphone amp. please feel free to give me recommendations or even if you have used or vintage  gear let me know about that too as i am open to anything. at the moment i am kind of torn between a new little dot mark III or to find a used schiit valhalla. i am a little rusty as far as knowing what is new and hot on the market right now so i appreciate any insight you peoples might have.

Hmm, what headphone(s) do you plan on pairing with this possible amp?

Might also want to look into a used Head Direct EF-1 or EF-5 too. Excellent sounding and powerful tube hybrid.
