Having owned the C5, S4i, Monster Beats Tour, and Shure SE215, I'd definitely go for the SE215.  Not sure on the Phonac or HFS3.

I figured, the 215 sound very good (60 euros cable though), but they speak well of hfs3

Thank you, i aspect of other opinions

The Etymotic definitely has one of the best isolation if you get a good fit. I also have the Klipsh X10, which has just as much isolation as etymotics, although I don't know about the S4i

I think you can buy these IEMs (Etymotic HF5, CK10, Sony EX600, GR07) new or used under this budget and they are very resolving without too much bass. The JVC FXT90 has deep rich bass but also offers detailed mids and extended highs with fairly wide soundstage.
