Definately not. They're fake. Why would you get Beats anyways?

Because I tried out Audio Technica ath m50, and the beats pro, and the beats pro had the same audio quality, but were more fun to listen to because of the increased bass. The beats pro are not worth the extra £200 you pay, but I thought they were a better headphone, so i was seeing if I could find them at a lower cost

Those are fake. If you want the beats pro- http://www.monstercable.com/outletstore/linelist.asp is the cheapest you can get them where they aren't fake. If you want something a little better than the m50s and pros go with these http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/547239-REG/Ultrasone_HFI_580_HFI_580_Closed_Back_Stereo_Headphones.html
