This service is perfect:

 

music.google.com

 

1. Supports FLAC.

2. upload 20,000 songs from your library, 250mb each.

3. stream to any computer with an internet connection and to android phones.

 

Only available to USA for now, and takes a really really long time to upload your library if it is big.
