Best headphone for classical, electro, jazzz and prog music

I've been looking all over the web for the best set of portable heaphones to listen to classical, prog, jazz and electro. I want something with a good frequency range, but not too bassy. I almost bought the Bose QC15 last week, but quickly found out that I could find way better for a better price. I've listened to some Grados and Audio-Technica, but would like to know what you think about Beyerdynamic, Shure, Denon, AKG, etc. My player is a cowon J3 and I mostly listen to lossless (FLAC) or 320 kbit/s mp3. My top budget is 350$.

The M80 are recommended and they are detailed in mids, highs with good bass response, Beyerdynamic DT1350 are also great buy.

I checked the specs of the DT1350, and it seemed really good, but I'd prefer circumaural and won't 80 Ohms be too much for my player?About the M80, are you talking about the Crossfade. I read some reviews and I'm not sure.
