I'm selling my FA-003s.  They've been dethroned by the tag team of the Koss Pro DJ100s and the Sennheiser HD 598s.  They're in excellent cosmetic and functional condition and come with the 1/4" adapter, papers, and soft case.  Two things to note, though.  I sold the extra velour pads to a fellow Head-Fier, so the FA-003s only have the one set of leather pads.  Additionally, the adjuster for the right earcup is very slightly loose, so it occasionally slides a bit.  This was noticeable mainly when they were hanging on my headphone stand, but it doesn't happen all the time, and they stay where adjusted when being worn.  I'm asking $150 shipped to CONUS/more international.
