Consider Rega. I haven't heard the Rega Ear, but they do make a headphone amp.
I do like their old Planet, but they have a few good CD players. Plus you can add a matching DAC, tuner, integrated amp, and even a turntable!
Rega makes some nice speakers, even.
If I had to do it over, I might go Rega top-to-bottom, but keep the ProAc clones. I think Rega offers a lot of value for the money and their gear is reliable.
You might want to consider Naim, too. They make a headphone amp.
Possibly even NAD. They don't have a dedicated headphone amp, but you can use one of their nice receivers as a headphone amp.
