Could you include some photos of your actual LCD-3, instead of the stock picture from the Audez'e website?

Awww..., c'mon Muppetface, just buy them     You know you want to.

Yes it is only 2 weeks old an you know how Peter takes care

of his headphone.  If you  don't do that there will be someone pull

the trigger soon.  Peter can return this and can refund the same amount

money.  The only benefit belongs to the buyer.

My original post was merely an attempt to help out anyone who was interested in his/her decision making. It's all well and good to say someone takes good care of his gear, but this is a costly item, and the sale would be better served by including pictures.

I'm not suggesting sillysally isn't reputable. I know he's respected here on head-fi, and I myself have benefited from his helpful impressions. But using a stock photo for a popular big-ticket item isn't a good idea. It gives the wrong impressions. Also an explanation as to why the seller isn't returning these to Audez'e for a refund right off the bat would be helpful. Philanthropy is all well and good, but it needs to be clarified I think.

How true.

It would only fall into question were he to sell his beloved HE-6's, which does not seem even remotely probable.

In this case, were it to eventuate, it would be prudent to check the headband and ear cushions.

This is because of the anecdotal rumour doing the rounds that when the LCD-3's arrived he had to undergo a surgical procedure to have the HE-6's removed before he could don the the LCD-3's.

I see I don't know that before then it's worthwhile to ask those questions.

Yes if someone that wants to buy them before I ship them back to Audeze I will take a couple of pictures. But all you will see is what looks to be a brand new LCD-3 along with the box that went right back into the shipping box and never used cables.

I really don't care if I send them back or sell them on Head-fi, I am just giving anyone that wants the LCD-3 some savings. I paid Audeze $1996.47 shipped to Chicago suburb.

Of-course this is a lot of money and I will take the same care of shipping as I would anything I sell, and leave feedback also.

Matter of fact I am still waiting for Audeze to send me shipping instructions and a RMA number so I can send them back. Once I finally get the info from Audeze and ship I will close this sale.

Thank You all for looking and your kind and helpful posts.

Here is a like to why I am selling the LCD-3's.
