[Q-Jays]NEED HELP! Left side sound volume is much lower than right side

Hi, 

I bought this earphone on Feb.

I use it not very often.

I noticed the left side does not have any sound on August. I contacted the reseller and we were like 10000km away from each other so it's hard to get the warranty.

I tried them today and I found the left side had a sound but very low. 

If the maximum volume of ipod is 10, when I adjust it to 10, left side can only have 3 or 4, but right side have 10.

I am wondering what happen to my earphone and how I can fix it. (Anyone from Melbourne Australia can give me a place to go and have a look?)

I changed the filters as well, doesn't work so I though it might be the cable's problem.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

There is a two years warranty on JAYS and you probably have to send it back for warranty claim.

The reseller asked me to mail it back with everything but it is very hard for me.

I am in Australia now and i bought it in China. 

Besides the hardness of getting your warranty in China, I doubt my parents can find the shop.

Moreover, I think my parents will not find *everything* (packaging, receipt, etc).

If someone can tell me where to fix my cable in Melbourne, I will more than happy to go there.

You should contact JAYS directly. I doubt anyone can fix the problem for you.
