I think we're ruining the thread "explain your avatar"...

 

EDIT: IN OBOB TERMS, WE'RE MAKING THINGS BETTER, BUT IN NORMAL PEOPLES VIEWS, NO.

 

EDIT#2: We should start our own thread, "themed Avatars of the month"

Yeah, that might be a good idea.  I was considering that early on, except that all the August and September stuff happened in this thread as well... so...

a separate thread would be good i think, and it lets others who doesn't join in the fun be unfun here. If needed we'll just link the other thread for any new theme.

Maybe we should start a new thread about November (and all future months) right away.

 

Then while October is finishing up, we can drop periodic notices that the "Avatar of the Month" thing is being transitioned to a new thread.  That way it's a smooth transition.

It seems it would be more appropriate to branch out; maintain a dual presence if desired. Otherwise, we'll end up holding this thread hostage, even with the best of intentions.
