Any recommendations for comfortable headphones with good isolation and excellent sound as well under $60 bucks? Also, I listen to rap, reggae, punk rock (green day, nirvana) and alternative rock.. Isolation and excellent sound and comfort are big things because I will be traveling around campus and will be moving to NY so I will be on the train and stuff.. Thanks..

Bought these on whim, for your basic train ride to work I don't mind. But its far from being the best I have own.

First, I should note that I auditioned these both straight out of the box, without any break-in time and then later after 53 hours of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite...

A very all-round headphone for me. Just the right one to take on the go or on holiday. Also as a DJ, nice noice isolation. Very durable so you don't have to wonder if it will break if you throw...

This quick review is done after a few hours of listening. I bought them from B&H for the decent sum of 150$. If you've done your research you'll find out that Ultrasone HPs are known for their...

Heya,
Likely IEM's would be ideal for you, unless you just do not want IEM's. Finding excellent sound with good isolation under $60 in the headphone world is asking quite a bit, because, the idea of excellent sound here and excellent sound in some franchise store are going to be completely relative, and utterly different.
Very best,
I more concerned with the sound, but I want the isolation to be pretty good as well. I'm not asking for something that isolates so well I can't hear the plane lift off, I just want something that isolates well on the train in New York because when I had the CAL! it was awful on the Subway. I heard everything. But, yeah, I want headphones.. Is there anything like that out there?
