Hey, so I am looking for the best noise cancelling headphones for maximum budget of £300.

 

Currently looking at the Sennheiser PXC 450 and the Bose Quiet Comfort 3

 

 

This is a present for a friend who wants as little background noise as possible while travelling.

 

Are there any closed back headphones that offer sound isolation close to the above and would they be a better choice. Open for discussion :)
