m looking to do a computer setup, gonna start out as 2.0 but will add a sub as money allows, now since im using my computer as my source, i can get away without a reciever and get just an amp correct? how would i go about hooking this up to my computer? i would assume it would involve a converter to 3.5mm aux but im not sure, thats why im here.

basically what will i need to hook this to my laptop?

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=248-749 is what i plan on using

so there should be rca jacks on the amp that i linked? cause in the picture i couldnt clearly tell, and if i were to get a DAC i would like to get one that would be sufficient enough for my ATH m-50 cans, that way i can justify my spending a bit more for it if you know what i mean lol

Yep the manufactures site shows it as having rca inputs, dac wise you need something like this then http://www.amazon.com/FiiO-E10-USB-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B005VO7LG6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322432932&sr=8-1 , thats good for headphones and speaker amps.
