Alright so I know basically nothing about portable amps. I will probably be getting a pair of Sennheiser IE8's soon and I was wondering If I need an amp to make these work at there full potential. I currently have an ipod touch and i pirate most of my music off of random sites. I was wondering were the amp actually connects, do you connect it to your ipod and then connect your headphones to the amp. And also if i were to use an amp i would probably need to find high quality music so it would help me a lot if someone explained the different formats and qualities of music i could download.
