Ultmate Ears 700 with Zo2?

It seems the 700's sound even clearer than its big brother triple fi 10 but lacks bass, im a basshead and the tf10's bass wasent enough for me but i loved its female vocals, so, what would happen if i get the 700's which would (hopefully?) get better female vocals but with the Zo2 for bass improvement?

THANKS!

as far as i know, the ue700s and the tf10s are extremely similar, but the tf10s have deeper bass

TF10 has a much bigger soundstage, more punchy bass and clarity than the UE700.

I think pairing a Zo and UE700 would be a very good combination especially if you want more bass.

I do since the tf10's bass dosent cut it out for me, but then again, i consider the 500xb's bass a 4 out of 5 :P i hear that the ultimate bass earphones comes with the TFTA's XB1...we'l see, hopefully if i dont like the quality, ill be able to sell it over here and buy the 700 and zo2!

I don't use the ZO2 so I can't comment on that. But logically, the UE700 doesn't have a dedicated bass driver so amping / bass boosting them wouldn't improve them a lot.

Then the TF10's with the Zo would be great since its triple driver? Thatl be at least 200 bucks, how then would you compare the vocals on the TF10's against the Ultrasone Pro 900s and bass?

is the tf10 still clearer even though it costs less than half?

IEMs and headphones aren't comparable. Headphones will always have the edge IMO.

Clarity wise? You sure? the tf10's were pretty unbelievable with those vocals, especially with that feeling of presence they gave...how do you think it would work with the zo? since its triple driver

This don't make sense. The DD iems don't have a dedicated bass driver too but some of them take an improvement with an amp.

Yes I'm sure. The mids on the TF10 are actually not the best. Like I said, I can't comment on the ZO2.

I thought the 900's mids were quite reccesed? So just to be sure, Love, love, love @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dl_auIg1Dtk 2:45, those are mids right? SO by them not having the best mids as you said, i would appreciate those vocals right there and could detect even a better presence (liek she is right there and feel her voice) with something other than the tf10? if i can, which ones?
