Headset with FiiO E11

Hey smily_headphones1.gif my headphone jack just went out on my 3GS, and it's no bueno to replace. I'm taking this opportunity to upgrade my portable setup (yay!) so here's the question

I use my Skullcandy Aviators. They have the triple-jack connection (volume and mic)
Can the FiiO E11 operate them properly? I don't care if my controls and mic don't work, just if audio goes to the right source

The reason I ask is because my mini cmoy amps jack doesn't connect to them right and I hear this strange echo (like when you put your headphones in half-way)

So, any knowledge before my purchase? Oh, and i need a new LOD. Lookin at FiiO E9 or E3

"triple-jack connection" like a TRRS plug? If it is so, then E11 should work with them.
