Please recommend an IEM

I don't have a lot of money to spend, keep it in $100 range. A long time ago I had IE8 which I hated and a UM3x that I loved. Also had re-zeros but while sounding nice, didn't blow me away and bass was non-existent.

 

So can you recommend me something closer to UM3x or if not at least a very durable IEM that has replaceable cables?

You should have seen the TF10 for $95 on Amazon earlier. To bad the deal is over.
