Sony MDR-7506, V6 or 7505?

I've heard the 7506 and V6 are virtually the same  http://goo.gl/TklUc  , but is there a difference in sound quality? If not, I might go for the V6 (cheaper) but if the 7506's sound better I'll pay the extra money. 
 
I'm also interested in the 7505's, but only because they're smaller.  (I have a small head so I'm afraid the other two might be huge on me). How do the 7505's compare to the 7506 and V6 sound-wise?
 
Which would you guys recommend?
 
(Also, please no saying Sony sucks, or suggesting me other brands of headphones, thanks)

Since no one else has responded...  You can compare the three at headroom and see graphs for Frequency Response, Harmonic Distortion of a 500Hz Sine Wave Input, Impedance Versus Frequency, Isolation Response with Pink Noise Input to Monitor, Square Wave Response 500Hz, & Square Wave Response 50Hz.  link

 

That said the 7506 & V6 are quite similar (though they appear to have their phase reversed).  The 7505 is not very similar.

 

The main differences as I see them between the 7506 and the V6 is that the V6 is about $20 cheaper, but lacks the gold plated plugs.

Judging headphones from graphs only isn't gonna do you good. OP might want to look for appreciation threads/reviews. If I recall correctly, the 7506 has better bass than the V6 but it could be the other way round.... so don't quote me on that lol.

It sure will if you want to see if they're identical.  If they measure the same they'll sound the same.  He might not like the sound, but that's another matter.  That said I've heard both and they are basically interchangeable.

You can't judge soundstage and instrument separation, timbre, (just to name a few) from Headroom's FR curves.

No you can't, which is why I didn't just provide a frequency response curve. wink.gif  However, It would be nice if Headroom also provided phase response curves.

Wait, what, you can actually measure sound stage/timbre from headroom's charts? How...
