I've got the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro, which I've had for years. I pretty much only ever used them for work when I didn't want to use speakers, but recently I've been playing video games with them and listening to music.
The output from my sound card seems to be a bit weak/clips when there is too much bass. I'm not looking for the ultimate audio experience, just something that will be noticably better than having no amp at all. Preferrably around $50, but up to $100 would work.
Someone suggested the HeadRoom AirHead to me, but they also suggested I should check out head-fi.org to get some "real" advice.
Thoughts, Suggestions?
