What kind of sound I like

Here is my general preference in terms of sound on EQu IMG_0526[1]

I was looking at the FA-003s and wanted to know if I used this EQu setting with it would it sound as good as I hear it would?

OR does the FA-003 have this type of FR to begin with?

Again, driven from ipod touch 4g NO AMP.

An equalizer profile doesn't tell much - you're assuming that whatever you're playing back with now is perfectly linear. In reality, you're probably compensating for discrepancies in the response characteristics of whatever you have currently (nothing is "linear perfect").

The FA-003  have a hole near 300 hz , of at least 6 db, according to the frequency response graph available at innerfidelity.

Then does the FA-003 or any $100-200 headphone have a similar FR to this? Because it shows bass to be the lowest one, then treble, then mids.

You want a headphone with boosted mids? There are plenty of headphones with boosted mids. That graph won't tell you everything about how it sounds though.

I'd start with Grado, see where that takes you.
