Best Amp to go with Apogee Duet and Denon D7000/Ultrasone Pro 750? (<$500)

I'm looking for a great amp to finish my audio setup.  I have an apogee duet and am now looking to add a dedicated headphone amp to it.  I was wondering what some suggestions are.  Here's all the information you may need.  Let me know if there is anything else.  Thanks in advance for any help.

 

-For use in conjunction with Macbook Pro and Apogee Duet

-Listen to Indie, Rock, Rap, Electro

-Looking for a warmer sound (therefore I guess a tube amp)

-Provides great bass response (don't consider myself a basshead, but I love to feel the bass)

-Headphones: Beyerdynamic DT770 pro, Ultrasone Pro 750, Denon D7000, Monster Turbine Pro Copper
