Damn,

I'm going to have to work my way through this list.

Sometimes a simple Turkey, Bacon, and Cheddar on some focaccia bread is great too when I'm short on time

Good rye bread
roast pork butt
feta cheese
mayo

I usually make my pork butt by stabbing it a bunch with a knife then shoving a piece of garlic into every hole rubbing it down with cracked pepper corn(white black and green) and throwing it on the grill with the coals  burning low on the opposite side of the grill for about 6 hours. Then chip the pork butt.(I prefer it chipped but you can pull it or slice it if you want but i feel that chipped gives it the maximum cheese/meat mix so that neither the cheese nor the meat overpowers the other...)
I use a toaster oven to make this sandwich but I'm sure you could use an oven as well.

Toast the bread til the center is just starting to get that crispyness then put a thin layer of mayo on both pieces and stick them back in until the mayo goes clear. Do this step 3 times. On the third time add feta to one side instead of mayo enough to where its going to cover the bread but not so much that its falling off.
Then add the meat to the other side until the meat is warm then put the meat side on top of the cheese side and toast again for about the same amount of time it took you to get the bread to just crispy.

Now go enjoy that delicious sexy sandwich you just spent about 8 hours making and be sure to change your panties after for they are surely moist.
