Easy to wear iems

Thread Starter

my shure se210s are dead. I found their sound isolation excellent but they wear always a hassle to put on and wear.

Does anyone have suggestions on a replacement pair of iems under £100 that can be fitted quickly and have reasonably good isolation?

Cheers

As far as I am concerned, all IEMs that isolate well need to be inserted quite deeply inside the ears. Why did you find the hard to to put on? They are very standard fit and very easy in my experience.

The Panasonic HJE900, Sennheiser IE7, Sony EX600, HSA Crystal, HF3, JVC FX500, UE TF10Pro are easy to wear, provide good isolation and they all sound great.

Sorry to disagree with you here. The IEMs you mentioned can't be fitted quickly.

@RKT UE700, ADDIEM. Split second fitting and excellent isolation.

HJE900, IE7s, FX500 and EX600 are all easy to insert but all have poor to very poor isolation in that order. The Ety's are the undisputed King of isolation in the universal world but fit is very deep and are completely what the OP is not looking for. TF10 is a bit of a middle ground but can be too big for some people

Thanks for the replies.

Just to clarify i'm fine with iems (with foam buds) that insert into the ear canal. I find them comfortable. It just takes a while to get them into place.

I've looked at the UE 700s that some of you recommended but they're a bit too expensive.

I thought about the Shure se 215s but want to try another company this time.

Any other suggestions?

The UE700 is around the same price as the SE215. Oh and check out the black friday discounts!
