postage is on them - in terms of insurance.
If you didn't have to sign for it, that's their problem for not making you sign or collect it = that's the problem with not signing for it
There used to be a good ol scam where people used to order things, knowing it wasn't signed for, and thus claimed they never got it - it was the seller's responsibility then to ship another.
The receiver then had 2 pairs of whatever he/she was getting.
And I know a guy from school that made over £500 doing this....
When I heard about the scam, each time I made a sale, be it on anything, i made it SIGNED FOR and most times tracked.
