Great service from Peter at iHear in Parramatta, Sydney for my ear impressions. Highly recommended.

Much better than the guy from ConnectHearing in Ryde/Eastwood.

Ive used ADA and headphonic and they were both great especially ADA as they took the time to give me some advise over the phone.

^ The only thing I've bought from Wicked Digital is the Firestone Audio Supplier power supply, no confirmation emails or updates or anything but they are doing their work and fast shipping.

Is Minidisc in sydney a legit online retailer?

I just got some m50s from them and was watching a movie there was a bit of static not sure if it was bcuz of headphones. Btw whats easiest way to spot between real and fake (im a noob i dont know how to tell from sound quality) thanks

I bought my Cowon J3 from them with no problems. Maybe try a different source to see if the static is still there?

There also seem to be a couple of threads on here talking about fake M50s, eg http://www.head-fi.org/t/543458/is-this-audio-technica-m50-fake. Maybe compare yours with the pics in there?

Kudos to Nick at audiophile.com.au

Just ordered the Fostex TH900 with free shipping and $300 cheaper than anywhere else.  This is my first audiophile headphones so I'm very excited :)

A bit of a late reply but yes we only deal with genuine local stock.

We are listed on the AT site as an authorized dealer http://audio-technica.com.au/authorised-dealers/

Return policy is bad, but can you get a replacement if the headphone stops working?
