Quite like the second one, although what with the samples being so frenetic and repetitive, I suspect it could become wearing after a while. It reminds me a bit of 'Jive Bunny', from the late 1980s/early 1990s.
If you like a retro sound (admittedly without the novelty of electronic sampling), you could check out the Puppini Sisters, who are a contemporary trio who sing close vocal harmonies with excellent backing musicians:

Jurassic 5 (a popular hip hop group) has done a few tracks with heavy swing elements in them.. i'll see if i can find them

Some others I would recommend:
Parov Stelar - The Paris Swingbox
Tape Five - Tonight Josephine
Mr. Scruff - Keep It Unreal
There are a lot of awesome obscure neo-swing/electro-swing artists that are awesome. Google is your friend! Would also recommend anything by Paris Combo!
A lot of the artists in this genre are French, which seems to have kept it a little obscure outside mainland Europe.
I agree. I heard a lot of this music when I was in Europe a few years ago. It's fantastic music and very creative...not to mention very catchy.
