I'm listening to my 600 Ohm Dt880 now out of my old Panasonic CD player for kicks. It doesn't sound that bad. Not great...a little thin but not horrible. What do you all know about how portable cd players like this one (back from 1994) compare to portable amps like E11, etc? I'm running it off a wall wart. Just curious, but it's better than I thought.
