Help needed connecting Fiio e10 to receiver.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing, so a little help needed please.

I have a Fiio e10, and want to connect the COAXIAL out to my receiver.

When I type coaxial to RCA in amazon, nothing I'm looking for comes up.

What type of cable do I need (the receiver doesn't have optical, see pic below)?

An amazon link would help.

Thanks.

ps: I'm using the Fiio line-out for my computer speakers, so I'd like to use the coaxial out for the receiver.

Also, here is a picture of my receiver:

You'll have to get a digital to analog conversion in there somewhere.  Doesn't look like the receiver has any digital inputs so you'll have to find something to convert the digital coax signal output from the Fiio to an analog signal that the receiver can accept.  Not sure what there is available to do this...maybe something like this?

It'd be redundant to use FiiO digital out, only to convert it back to analog. Why not just use your computer headphone out (3.5mm) to RCA? Something like this...http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Audio-Cable-Splitter-1-Mini/dp/B00004Z5CP/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1321923666&sr=1-2

"You'll have to get a digital to analog conversion in there somewhere"

--> but the Fiio IS a DAC. isn't there a coaxial to RCA kind of cable?

"Why not just use your computer headphone out (3.5mm) to RCA?"

---> I already leave a device I leave plugged into the headphone jack (POP phone), and I have my computer speakers plugged into the Fiio line out. I'd like to connect the receiver to this setup (and leave it always plugged in), so I can use it to amplify a set of headphones.

Could I use a splitter on the line out, 1 for the computer speakers and one to the receiver, or would so many connections degrade the sound quality??

Is this even worth it? Would an old Denon receiver even drive phones well enough (HD 598 or DT880 250ohm)?

My self-powered computer speakers have a headphone jack. Would these provide decent amplification.

Or should I just stick with the amp built into the Fiio e10?

Any recommendations?

ps: the speakers are Logitech Z-2300:

and the receiver is:

The single Coaxial is digital (up to 5.1), the RCAs are analog (2.0), a "cable" can not "convert" that.

The Denon might be able to drive 250-Ohm headphones, but why even use it, kind of out dated equipment?

Why not just plug the headphone straight into the headphone out put on the E10

and plug the POP phones into the computer's headphone output?

1) thanks for clearing up how the digital/analog works.

2) that's exactly the set-up I have now (but I'm using the e10 to drive grado 225 and DT770 Pro80)

3) I was just thinking that the e10 wouldn't have enough juice when I get a new pair of DT880 250ohm.

I'm thinking that the receiver could drive the DT880 better than the e10.

I don't know much about this stuff, so I could be way off.

Which does a better job at amplifying my headphones - the Fiio e10 OR my old Denon receiver OR my Logitech Z-2300 (self-powered speaker) headphone jack??

You'd have to check the specs to be positive.....but I'm betting the Fiio E10 has a better headphone amp.

It has some excellent reviews and is HIGHLY recommended so there must be something good under the hood.

Just split the line out from the E10 with one set of cables going to the computer speakers and another into your receiver ....1/8" jack 2 way splitter.....one side gets your computer speakers while the other side needs a cable with Male RCA one end with a 1/8" male jack on the other. Or you could use a 1/8" male to left/right female RCA adapter on a regular pair of RCA cable.....thats what I would do since most of us have several pairs of RCA cables laying around.

You can split an analog signal anyway you want ....but the Digital Coaxial ....even though it uses a standard RCA jack is not compatible  with an analog RCA input.
