Does the soundstage on these compete with the likes of K240 mkII?

Im not sure, have you looked at reviews and compared?

I believe the Samson SR850 (made by Superlux) has better sound stage then the HD-668B.

But feel free to double check.

I've read reviews but I haven't seen much talk about the superlux's soundstage.

I have not been trying look at any Superlux HD-668B reviews lately.

Because mine stopped work after less then 2 months.

I've owned the Samson SR850 for only a week (no gaming).

But I've seen other say they like gaming with the SR850 over the HD-668B.

Interesting. I will definitely keep this in mind; my purpose for them would mostly be movie watching and home listening. I want something cheap and open with a good soundstage, preferably with good bass but definitely nothing overwhelming. I like the AKG K240 MkII a LOT, it's absolutely perfect for my purposes, but I don't want to shell out that much right now :/
