Okay then. Thank you. I appreciate your input. :) I can't wait to get the Fischer 003. I'm so tired of the sound signature of my Pro 900. Don't get me wrong. It's a good headphone. Listening to any form of electronic music is quite the experience with the Pro 900. I find the bass definition to be very clean. But I am really getting into progressive metal and classical music as of late and a flat frequency response would be most appropriate for each.
Hi. I just subscribed to the site to share with you the almost same experience.
I had Eterna V1 earphones from gd-audiobase.
After 6-7 month left channel stoped functioning.
I sent an email to Dimitri and he replied! with return address.
So after a while I sent it to him.
It is more then a month since then (7 or 8 emails later with no reaction from him).
I even treatend him in one of the last emails that I will post here and on some russian forums (they are very popular in russia)
No reaction till now...
How much did you pay for CK4?
I personally have been Musica's customer for few years now, ordering e-Q7 and legendary Radius DDM from him. Prices have always been more then fare, taking into consideration he
follows up with proper customer service support unlike other "........"":
not long time ago received from Musica Radius DDM with already expired warranty (just payed a small fee to get brand new unit back. who else can match up to Musica's service support,

Ok. Just another update.
My new eternas have finally arrived!
It took "only" 3 month. But hey he did not abandon me so that is something positive.

My defected DBA-02 package never reach Dmitry in the first place. The Russian postman tried to reach the address provided by Dmitry and noone answered the doorbell. I spent $200+HKD(about 20euro) for priority express mail to Russia, notified him in time and asked for this contact phone number, but he never replied. Guess what? The package is back to my home today and spent a chilling Xmas+new year trip to Russia. WONDERFUL!
It's just VERY FUSTRATING to deal with such an irresponsible seller. I mean, you really have to PUSH him until he respond once. And when it mattered(need his phone number for delivery), he chose to ignore the message.
I will escalate the matter and also contact Fischer Audio about this. Boy, how much time I spent on this already? For those of you who have a choice, please buy wisely!

What's really funny is that when you visit the GD Audiobase website now, they've finally included their telephone number there
But the guy never managed to reply that information via email, their only communication channel at that time.

Well the good news, finally, I got the money back.... After how long? You can check yourself when I started this thread..
I mailed the item again, spending another 25 Euro, this time including the contact telephone number. It finally got through.
After some more email inquiries, I was given a choice of refund or replacement, since the DBA-02 is out of stock now.
Considering I can get the Brainwavz B2 locally right now, I will run away from all DBA-02 at all cost.
The refund was, without surprise, not as straight forward as I wished...
I don't want to spend anymore time typing the story... Hence I'll just post the emails below.
To summarize my experience with this dealer, I'll say it feels like fighting for candies/chocolate with a 7 year old, where he is trying to take advantage on you at every opportunity. You really have to be persistent and spend an awful amount of time to ensure that things go according to your plan. If you don't have the precious time to spare, I'll say, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE
At least I got my money back...
