Need USB DAC with Headphone-amp for my Denon AH D5000 Headphones

Hello I am looking for a USB DAC with build in Headphone Amplifier for my Denon D5000 Headphones.

The Amp must have a switch to choose between the line-out to my steroe and the Headphone output so I dont have to unplug the Headphones when listening to the stereo.

Audiosource will be a Windows Vista/Windows 7 PC

Right now I am thinking about:

Aune mini USB DAC (manufacturer says "suited for Headphones with 32 - 600 ohm)

Aune X1 USB DAC

My main concern is, that my Headphones (25 ohm impedance) might get some annoying background-noise with one or both of these Amps.

Has anyone had any experience with these Amps and the Denon D5000 ?

Are there different brands or models you would recommend me in that pricerange below 200$ (can be used items) ?

I just ordered the Aune mini USB  DAC mk2 SE limited Edition. I hope this will work together with my Headphones just fine.

That was my first DAC amp as well. An easy upgrade is replace the stock wall wart with a nice linear power supply around 18-20v.

I read a lot about people replacing the power supply and was wondering about that, but I couldnt find out what the problem with the stock psu is.

Can you tell me what the problem with the stock psu is, and what improvements I might get when I switch it?
