Mid-range Headphones

Hi, I'm new to the Head-Fi community and I'm looking for a good pair of overear headphones for around $50 to $150. I've been looking through the forums and the rankings and I've come across some headphones such as Sennheiser HD518, Sennheiser HD-280PRO, Sony MDR-V6, and Audio-Technica ATHM50S. I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment with the amount of headphones there are available for this price range so any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: I currently own the Sennheiser HD202 and they're rather uncomfortable for me and I'm looking for anything that would be more comfortable than these.

What source(s) do you plug your headphones into?

Save a dollars

Panasonic RP-HTF600-S, with Beyerdynamic EDT 200 Velour ear pads.

Samson SR850 (made by Superlux)

I primarily use my headphones on my PC and occasionally on my iPod so portability isn't too much of an issue for me. I might look into the Samson SR850 that you suggested.

Both the Panasonic and Samson are semi-open headphones.
