So far I am consider buying either the ad900 or RE0/ZERO. Of the three would you guys believe would best suit my preference which is a richly detailed analytical sound with a full sound stage (other recommendation are acceptable).

AD900 is pretty tough to beat for the price when detail coupled with soundstage is concerned.
Only the AKG K-series compare but they require serious amplification to really get there.

Gwarmi's right, it needs an amp, but even a good sound card amp will make them sound good.
