WTB headphone, need advice :)

A little bit about myself,

I use to have in-ear before but i lost it :(, I never own a headphone before, but I tried couple of them (about hd448) and I loved the sound.

 

I have about $200 right now.

but if the headphone about $150 is as good as $200, then i will consider the one with better price.

 

I want a headphone which can be use when I walk around the campus and when I study in Library. Not too heavy I hope (I am a think person :[ ) and Comfortable is important for me also.

 

I have IPT3, maybe I will get a better mp3 next year, but I want to get a headphone first.

 

I want to know if there is anywhere i can try out headphones in around ( L.A / South Cal) ?

 

Please Help.

Sounds like you need a portable.

i want a headphone that is not on-ear, i believe hd25-ii is on-ear right?

I do wear glasses most of the time, do u guys think that will be a problem?

 

i saw a review on youtube about Shure SRH840, that guy said it is quite heavy and the core is heavy also.

 

I am wondering how good is D1100?

 

My preference : I don't listen to Hip-hop or rock music, I like sad songs, and i listen to Asian songs (since i am Asian ). 80% in my playlist r slow songs, 70% of them r women artist.

there are quite a lot of guitar center around my place.

do they sell headphones there?
