Need new headphones, looking for suggestions

Thread Starter

Im looking for a pair of headphones around the 50 dollar range, which i know wont get me anything really good, but im on a really tight budget at the moment and looking for something better than the cheap apple earbud things i use

I mostly listen to classic rock and 90's music, and dont need anything with a lot of bass

(looking for full size headphones, not the in ear ones)

Find the extra $29 ~ you won't regret it, yes they're open but they're also totally awesome smily_headphones1.gif

"Widely regarded as the top affordable headphone, the Grado SR60i is a superb choice for listeners

seeking amazing sound at a great price. It's hard to imagine any music fan would be disappointed hearing

these unassuming yet potent cans. The SR60i may look retro, but the performance is right up to date with a cheerful,

balanced tone on both portable and home gear."
