iTunes Match goes live today: anyone in?

I just subscribed the iTunes Match service and I'm currently uploading my Music Library into the Cloud (was speedy but right now the uploading is quite slow). Has anyone in? I'd like to hear about your opinions regarding the service. Personally I wish Apple could provide lossless version of songs instead of 256kbps AACs, though the AACs don't sound bad.

Oh yes.  I signed up the minute it was released yesterday.  11, 203 files.  It is down to the last 100 for the past 14 hrs and keeps dying out on me (Itunes has a problem and needs to close).  My upload is not an issue (10Mb up cable modem).  The service is hammered and failing.  I just liked the idea, my server already has all my music (subsonic).  Someday it'll work.  Let me know if yours works.
