I stumbled to this on-line, Harmony Design's Ear 909, fully balanced/bridged headphone-amp.

Harmony Design calls it kompromisslös hörlursförstärkare, uncompromising headphone amplifier.

Its made in Sweden.

Price: 16.000 Swedish krona  (1.760 Euros / 2.400 US Dollars)

 

I live in Gothenburg Sweden, and Harmony Designs's factory/shop is located 30km from the city. I just might make a visit (from their web-site: You are welcome to visit us and listen to our products after the booked time).
