Player like Sansa Clip+ but less fragile?

Hail,

I've had my Sansa clip+ for a week or 2 and ; it's already got a major issue; the headphone jack is playing up - it only plays music in 1 side unless ou put pressure on 1 side. I've managed to do it with a wristband, but even then it tends to play up when walking because my leg touches the cable lightly.

So this has scared me off getting another one since I just can't deal with being afraid of it happening again. I need a new mp3 player now and my question is, which one?

it needs to have at least 16 GB (or  lower and have an SD slot like the clip+!) as I have 16.7GB music that needs to go on it.

it must play FLAC files or be rockboxed to do so

it must be 100£ or under; preferably 50£

basically I want the clip+ but with a bit of a better build, because that bug is just so major and rather scary.

I have two refurbished clips +, both work perfectly fine. I would still get a clip+. A refurbished one costs only $20-25 (4gb)

I'm just really afraid that it'll happen again. When I listen to music I don't want to worry about whether the headphone jack will last
