Little dot mkIII:Can it handle high end headphones; - Page 2

i would only look into tubes for musical enjoyment or instruments but for everything else if accurcy is concerned then solid state is obvious choice. tubes can be very very accurate as well but in order to be up to par or surpass most solid state designs the components need to be matched precisely especially the transformers.the power transformers is what gives the tubes it's output impedance and impedance matching is very important with tubes. tubes are very nice(and look cool) but they're defiantly much more hassle to deal with then simple straight forward solid-state designs.

I had the Mini Matrix for solid stata and i sold him , i didnot like it either with my HD650 , or my Genelec . My brother owns the ST and with the HD650 the sound is better than my LDMKIII.But i dont like the HD650...So i want  better headphones...
