Upgrade from Meelectronic M9

This is my first post on Head Fi but I've been reading things for a while. biggrin.gif So I was wondering what would be the best upgrade from my Meelectronics m9.  I'm still in high school so I have a budget of 50 to 80.

I listen to pop, r&b, Classical, Rap, hip-hop, and jazz.  I was looking for something warm but still clear and precise.  Any suggestions?
