I am selling for a dealer friend of mine this pair of Ultrasone Edition 10 professionally recabled with the Zeus Quad22 OCC Copper double barrel cable terminated with silver WireWorld XLR connectors.
They have been burned-in 400 hours to compare their sound with the Zeus cable to one in stock mode. They are sold as new with warranty and all accessories and packaging you being the first owner. Payment will be done directly to the dealer and you receive an invoice from him.
I have personally own a stock Edition 10 and these with the Zeus balanced cable are a lot better. They are more natural sounding. The bass is faster and tighter. The midrange is more natural and that peak in the upper midrange in the stock pairs is attenuated and the high are clean and crisp. Clearly a more musical sound.
As you know the list price of the Edition 10 is $2,749 and the 8 foot Zeus Quad22 OCC Copper with WireWorld XLR retails for $480 for a total of $3,229. The asking price is $2,499.
