Superlux HD681, how to determine which is F and which is B?

I found a dealer who sells HD681, its not red so it cannot be plain HD681, it has to be either HD681b or HD681f, I need the F. Does anyone know any physical difference between them?

The F version has white rings, while the B has grey ones.

Holy !$½#, how the hell did I missed that.

You either have a great eye for detail or great deal of knowledge of headphones, either way, Thanks!

 

Edit; just called the guy and turns out they have 681F, I was really praying for a B :(. Between 681f and plain 681 which would a better choice for rock? (I'm qualified and willing to mod it.)

 

bough 681 red... F was terrible for rock

the B is good for rock music. As the B stand for bass iirc from the seller that told me this.

I have the regular 681, which is bassier than neutral as it is.  I'd recommend the F...when/if you mod it, it'll probably be a better starting point.
