Closed Headphones - Game/Music/Film

Hi,
currently i have a gaming headset, but this is orrible for listen music. Moreover it's very uncomfortable. Now I'm fed up and decided to sell it and buy a good pair of headphones. But I do not understand much about these things, so I appeal to you.
I want to use headphones for everything: movies, music, and games. As for the music, I like rock. The headset will be connected to the PC's sound card, which is an Asus Xonar DX. I have no particular preferences, should only be a good product.
I can not spend a lot, I have about 60 € available.

Panasonic RP-HTF600-S (with add on EDT 200 Velour pads).

(I'm wearing them right now).

I'll second the HTF600. Velour pads as well. I bought two pairs of these headphones because they're just too stupid good for the price.

The HTF600 without Velour pads are uncomfortable? Because, where I'm going to buy the headphones, do not have the velour pads.
Instead of Sennheiser HD448 and JVC RX-700 what do you think?
Keep in mind that I want comfortable headphones, because I'll have to wear for several hours.
