Headphones for Tracking (Recording) Vocals

I've been dipping my feet into writing and recording my own songs with my computer, and I'm looking to upgrade to more useful equipment. Right now, I'm using my Brainwavz M1 IEMs to track my vocals, but I want to get a decent quality can to replace it. I don't want to spend too much, so $100 is my cap. I will also be using these headphones to mix tracks, for now, so I would like it do both functions relatively well. I usually record Pop, R&b, and Hip Hop Genre songs. I enjoy bass but don't want it to overpower the sound; accuracy is more of a priority. I'm leaning more towards a semi open to closed can because I don't want bleeding into the mic, but if someone has any ideas about some really good open ones, I will definitely consider. Thanks for the help!

You should use a microphone for recording vocals.

Seriously, though....

Having recorded a bit over the years, there isn't necessarily the "perfect" gear, though I would lean toward something with good-to-great isolation so as to limit the audio bleed (as you mentioned). Also, you should tend toward a "neutral" sounding headphone, since any EQ coloration is only going to complicate things down the road.

I've used my AKG K141 Studio headphones for this, which worked fine, but they were a bit TOO open and could bleed into the mic somewhat.  The (much-lauded) Fostex T50RP are probably great for this as well, and feature better isolation while still being very neutral.

Just some thoughts.

Yes I know that. I have a microphone for recording. I'm talking about using headphones to hear myself and the mix while I sing. It's called tracking vocals.
